Once you’ve determined that your commercial building deserves a new roof, we’ll be happy to bid on the job.
Like most commercial roofing projects, our team follows the basic bidding process, which involves the following 5 steps:
- We show up and take the measurements.
- After a thorough roof inspection, we calculate the costs of materials, labor, and overhead required to complete the project.
- Clear on those numbers, we submit our estimate against the other bids from our competitors.
- Upon acceptance and signature, we schedule the start of your project, so mark your calendar!
- As soon as the start date rolls around, we arrive on site to start your commercial roofing project!
